Walking is a great way to start exercising. It's low impact, easy on the joints, you don't  need loads of gear and you can walk anywhere at a time that suits you. Coaching is a powerful process giving you clarity and equipping you with techniques and strategies you can apply now and for the rest of your life.

We can coach you indirectly as you walk either one to one or in a group to use walking to enhance all areas of your life, whether that be increased productivity in the workplace, wider networking opportunities, the ability to take part in and complete a trek or many of the other great benefits. We can also offer that more intensive one to one support , facilitation and inspiration through walking with you on a one to one basis.

How better to sort your body and your head at the same time, in a safe environment and with someone who knows how to get the best from you.

With a growing network of walking leaders, trainers and coaches throughout the UK and Ireland, we can put you in touch with someone near you.

When I hurt my back, on holidays in the summer of 2005, it was turning to walking that really changed my life. It gave me back my sparkle; helped me lose weight and tone up; provided me with 'me' time as well as time for thinking and being creative; improved my health and led me to a new business.
