How to Make it Happen?

Our walks can last as little as 30 minutes or take up the entire day. You can have a session weekly or choose a more intensive programme. You can walk what ever time of the day suits you. We offer as much flexibility as we can to meet your needs. How far do you want to walk? How often do you want to walk? The choice is yours.

Do you want to fit some exercise in because you are doing none at all? Do you want to exercise more often? Are you training for something? Is fitness the goal? Do you want to combine exercise with sorting your life out too?

Getting Started:

These packages are aimed at people who do not exercise at all or have not done so for a long time.

Home/Workplace Walking - It is suggested that this package uses your home or workplace or both as a starting point. In this way walks can be designed to provide you with a number of routes right from your door which will make it easier for you to walk regularly. The initial meeting will take 90 minutes during which time we will discuss your hopes and what you want to achieve. It will also look at general health and any other support /advice and guidance that you might need. Together, you and your coach will explore some routes for you and your walkers' coach will also explain how to lengthen your walks gradually as you get fitter.

An initial chat is FREE and accompanied one to one walks are charged at £30 per hour or equivalent including VAT. Individual programmes are developed to meet your needs and abilities.

Ongoing one to one walking and support in monthly, three and six monthly packages are available on all of the above. Costs payable in monthly instalments or 10% discount if paid up front.

If you have other ideas, then please call or email to discuss them and we will put an alternative programme together.

Get moving, get walking - Useful for:

  •  people who take little exercise
  •  who have been ill and want to start exercising again
  •  older people who want to keep moving as a way of keeping agile
  •  overweight people who want to lose weight and start taking exercise

One to one Walking and Coaching - 'Walk and Talk' sessions

Do you want to be coached on your health and fitness, career, work/life balance etc. then get away from it all and be coached as you walk? Get all the walking benefits and sort your life out too. For more information, click here.

Monthly package:  This includes 4 hour long sessions with email support in between sessions .  - £510. All costs are inclusive of VAT

Three month and six month packages also available, please ask for costs. Costs payable in monthly instalments or 10% discount if paid up front.

Group Packages:

 

Get a maximum of  six people together and hire a walking coach for a day. Everyone gets some coaching, benefits from group support and has a great days walking. It's a fun way to try it out. Walks can happen where you choose or we can advise and help you plan for somewhere different.

Costs are dependent on size of group and location.
