Walk Your Way to WOW!!

If you felt WOW, how would you be?

Fit? Toned? Happy? Calm and stress free? Successful? Surrounded by people who respect and support you? Full of energy? Balanced?

These are just a few of the feelings that have been expressed to me when I ask the question and since I started walking regularly, they all resonate with me. So how would you like to be able to describe how you feel as WOW?

Well, walk with us regularly and you can.

“Wow thank you I enjoyed Friday’s walk so much that this week I’ve been walking everywhere - a first for me.”  - Sam Brookes (emailed after her first walk)

"The walks are a great thing for me.  I am looking forward to the next one already.  After walking with you, I feel uplifted as the happy hormones come out.  This is a regular fixture in my diary. - Tracey, www.virginia-williams.co.uk

Walk your way to WOW is a women only walking group which brings you all that is listed below and more...

  • an easy way to fit exercise into your life
  • walks that are organised for you so you just turn up, no planning involved
  • safety in numbers where walking in the forest, riverside etc become possible when they may not be for you as an individual
  • the chance to meet new people and network
  • an hours walk at the start of the day so the rest of the day is your own
  • numerous health benefits
  • discounted walking gear
  • walking tips, advice and guidance
  • fun, chat and laughter
You get all of the above for only £280 including VAT per year. Pay up front and get a 10% discount on the total making it £252 or pay in 4 installments of £70 each.

If you cannot commit to regular walking at this stage, then buy walks in 10 or 20 walks package and use them as you wish. The costs here are £80 for 10 and £144 for 20 because when you buy 20, you get two free. All inclusive of VAT.

Walks start at 9.30a.m. promptly and last 60 minutes so once we are finished you have all the rest of the day to do what you want or need to do. We walk in all weathers and every week unless otherwise informed.

South Woodford Group - Friday at 9.30 a.m. at S Woodford tube station (west bound side) opposite the Railway Bell pub.

Loughton Group - Thursday at 9.30 a.m. outside J Pollock's Outdoors shop in the High Road near to M&S.

Buckhurst Hill Group - Tuesday at 9.30 a.m. at Buckhurst Hill station carpark - starts on May 20th.

Epping Group - Thursday at 1.00p.m. Meeting place yet to be confirmed.

As the year rolls on, we plan to add even more walks and Leytonstone, Wanstead and Woodford Green are all being considered as locations. Walks in the afternoon at 1.30 or 2.00 are also possible. If any of these locations or afternoon times interest you, email me and let me know.

This will give you more choice and if one week you cannot do your normal walk, do one somewhere else. There will be at least 40 walks in each location each year making this, at most, only £7 per walk and if you are one of the first 30 people to join up, you get the added benefit of being able to do more than one walk a week if you wish at no extra charge. Those joining later can also do more than one walk and discounted packages will be available.

So all you have to do, is choose your walk, your payment method and start walking your way to WOW!! Email me or call me on 07941 246619

Your first walk is always FREE so come and suss us out.

“All the obvious good reasons for walking can become secondary when walking with Heather and her groups -  the opportunity to get together with familiar friends and the chance to meet someone new can often be the reason to just get up and get out there! Walking with Heather is a fun way to be social, keep fit and take in the world around you.” – Marina Coleman, mum, East End Girl and Friday morning walker
