Weight Loss Walking.

 

Lose weight and tone up through walking in only 24 weeks!

 - due to launch in Jan 2009.

With only 10 places available I’m looking for ladies who want to get to grips with their weight and fitness and are willing to take it seriously and work hard at getting to their goal.

In 24 weeks (6 months) you’ll have shifted weight, feel firmer and more shapely, have lots more energy, will have discovered muscles you didn’t know existed and established walking in your life.

Weight lost through walking is slower but easier to maintain.

As part of your programme you’ll have:

  • monthly one to one sessions with me
  • weekly walking sessions in a small group of 10
  • access to the WOW groups and East End Girls Walking Group
  • ongoing email support for the length of the course
  • the Walkers’ Coach newsletter

 For only £690 Including vat you can be part of this life changing experience.

You can pay:-

  • upfront and get 10% discount making it £621

  • in two instalments of £345

  • 6 monthly payments of £120

The closing date for booking is December 13th so some pre walking to determine your base walking can happen.

If you book by November 15th you'll receive a 10% discount on all payments

 

 

 

 

 

 

Both of these programmes are personalised, incorporating exercise and diet designed for your lifestyle through consultation with our team. We know that the ongoing support and one to one input, that many other programmes and working on your own lack, make this programme successful.

 

Package 1 - Face to Face Programme

 
  • Initial session with the walkers' coach, Heather Waring, to discuss your hopes and expectations, current exercise and timings etc.
  • Initial session with nutrition therapist, Sanna Anderson. Session concentrating on a food diary filled in advance  and then personal plan developed for weight loss.
  • Diet diaries submitted to Sanna for 2-3 days per week to help keep you on track.
  • 3 weeks of 3 x 30 minute one to one walking sessions per week
  • 3 weeks of 3 x 45 minute one to one walking sessions per week
  • Review session with Sanna and tips for taking things forward  
  • Review session with Heather and tips for taking things forward

E-mail support is available if and when needed throughout the programme from both Heather and Sanna.

Cost: £602.50. Payable in 3 instalments of £200.83 each or pay up front in one go and get 10% reduction

Additional sessions with Sanna during the programme are available and will be priced separately. 

 
 
Package 2 -  Distance Programme
 
  • Initial phone session with the walkers' coach, Heather Waring, to discuss your hopes and expectations, current exercise and timings etc.
  • Initial session with nutrition therapist, Sanna Anderson. Session concentrating on a food diary filled in advance  and then personal plan developed for weight loss.
  • Diet diaries submitted to Sanna for 2-3 days per week to help keep you on track.
  • Six week walking programme  - 3 weeks of 3 x 30 minute walking sessions per week and 3 weeks of 3 x 45 minute walking sessions per week - routes planned and email plus phone support given.
  • Telephone review session with Sanna and tips for taking things forward
  • Telephone review session with Heather and tips for taking things forward
Cost: £365. Payable in 3 instalments of £121.67 each or pay up front in one go and get 10% reduction
